Emergency and 24/7 services may include additional fees.

Quotes & Payments

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions and additional services requested.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Liability

FDAV Express Services takes reasonable care in delivering all services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside the scope of the agreed service.
Clients must ensure safe access to the property and disclose any hazards or special conditions prior to service.

Warranties

We stand by the quality of our work and will address service-related issues reported within a reasonable timeframe.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes affected by conditions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, pre-existing structural issues).
